Mentoring Scheme

Mentoring is a relationship between two people where one helps the other to improve their skills and knowledge and develop professionally.

The role of a mentor is to listen, advise and provide support. The mentee benefits from advice and guidance from a senior colleague while the mentor has a chance to enhance their interpersonal skills while giving something back to the sector.
