The Fiona and Nicholas Hawley Award for Environmental Engineering
A cash prize of £5,000 recognise excellence in environmental engineering. The money is to be used to further development of the expertise such as educational overseas travel. Candidates must be under 30, residents of the UK and have a graduate or post graduate degree in engineering or science from a recognised UK university, or is studying for a postgraduate degree.

Scholarships and Financial Assistance
The Energy Institute provides details of funding available to students to further their energy studies. The Institute also offers a series of awards for students completing energy courses. Many of the academic establishments that have courses accredited by the Energy Institute also provide their own scholarships and financial assistance to prospective students.
